Installation took no joke about a minute while I was replacing my intake. This this sounds AMAZING with an intake, but I'm unsure how it sounds with stock airbox. Great option for people that want a sublet pshhh shifting low and a crazy high pitch sututu when shifting up high. Cant beat the price either. Highly recommend.
Bought this because others said it sounded like stock but didn't leak. Made the most god awful noise at low boost, something akin to a pig squealing while metal chunked, and the valve couldn't hold anything over 10PSI. I hope I just got a dud because I would never recommend this to anyone. Back to the stocker.
Bought this unit because my OEM bpv was leaking and found it to be a good excuse to go ahead and purchase an aftermarket one instead of another oem because of future mods. Easy install, quiet, but definitely noticeable compared to stock which is great because I didn't want to spend a ton of money on a dual/vta bov.
I bought this because with my mods and tune,I needed something to be able to hold more than the oem bpv could handle. This bolted right on right out the box and had it on my mazdaspeed3 in 15 minutes. No I feel secure that when I run more boost,I won't have a issues.
Simple install. Looks good. Only had it in for a few weeks so far but am driving her fairly hard as I am currently tuning her and the unit is working very well. I would recommend it.
This thing sounds and performs great! Full stage 2 on MS6 and it sounds just as loud as the hybrid it replaced. Holds boost just fine and the price is awesome compared to most other units.
The price is right!
