The Treadstone TR1035 is a bar-and-plate front mount intercooler designed for turbocharged builds that need serious airflow without a big pressure drop. It's part of Treadstone's popular TR10 lineup, now updated with a baffled end tank design and revised mounting locations for easier fitment on custom piping setups.
Construction & Design
This intercooler uses a bar-and-plate core with louvered external fins and a medium-density internal fin structure, which helps pull heat out of compressed air quickly. The cast end tanks are shaped to spread airflow evenly across the core, which keeps pressure drop low even at high flow rates. Every unit is pressure tested to 150 psi before it leaves the factory.
