StopTech Street Performance Brake Pads are the ultimate brake pad upgrade that allows the user to experience comfortable daily driving without excessive dust and high performance braking ability when pushed hard. It seems some brakes are perfect for the street but donÂ’t perform great on the track or vice versa. A pure track pad really isnÂ’t designed for effective street use. The StopTech Street performance brake pad meets in the middle. It has great street characteristics that donÂ’t make it annoying to use on the street when less noise, dust, and better cold bite are required. It also permits the driver to go to the track and push the limits without experience fade immediately. Although they arenÂ’t a pure track brake pad, most people that drive on the street never need a pure track pad for a street car. This is a great pad for the true enthusiasts that know theyÂ’ll need braking power at any given time.

Product description says it all
Good pads, got them with the stop tech blank rotors. Only thing I wish they did was tell you that you need to break them in for them to start to bite. There’s no instructions when you buy the rotors or pads and I think that would be a nice touch for people who want to learn how to work on their car. They’re very quite and once they’re broken in they grab very nicely. It youre going to buy pads, start here.

Great duel purpose pads
I do a couple of track days a year and had recently warped a set of breaks out of their life. I friend recommended these. Great for the track. The average driver will not be able to overheat these or experience any fade.

These pads are no joke
Paired with the Stoptech brake disks they work very very well. They have a great initial bite in cold weather (I'm talking about -20C/-4F as well) and they are able to withstand multiple quick stops from 200+Kmph/120+mph to 80kmph/50mph in a relatively short period of time. They don't leave too much dust and on waxed rims that is simply blown away by the wind, don't squeal or make any funny noises.
