Koni Sport Yellow Shock FRONT RIGHT Mazdaspeed 3 2007-2013

Had completely blown suspension and decided to bite the bullet and put all Koni shocks/struts in. I can not be any happier. It's amazing the difference these are compared to stock, and even blown! Edge was amazing at getting these to me fast, and at a great price too! Their customer service is why I always try and buy through Edge!

First, Edge Autosport did a good job of getting my order to me quickly despite choosing the standard shipping. Second, installation was an extreme pain in the ... Replacement of the rear shocks took less than 30 minutes. Removal of the front struts took about 3 hours. Despite all of the instructions I have read online, it was extremely difficult to remove the old struts. I was even difficult to get the new struts fully seated into the lower suspension arm. Considering what a pain the process was I probably should have replaced the springs at the same time. Oh well. They work well with the stock springs for now. Third, and finally. These Koni dampers are great! I have the rears set to 2 half-turns and the front set to 3 half-turns. The ride is much better with these dampers installed. Small jolts filter through more now but that is a trade off of firmer suspension. The highway ride is vastly improved. No more floaty feeling. The entire car just feels more responsive and planted at all speeds. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase.
