Perfect fitment, easy to install, excellent product
I installed this on my 2013 Mazdaspeed3 and with the throw set to 3/4 of the way to the shortest throw it is perfect. Also installed the aluminum shifter bushings and now the shifter feels amazing. This is exactly what I was looking for and will definitely check out their other protects!

Perfect - works as advertised
This short shift plate kit is great - followed JBR's instructions, install went smoothly, the shifting feels perfect in my Gen 1 Mazdaspeed3 now. I thought I liked the stock shifting overall but 2nd to 3rd was always a mess when giving it full throttle. The first JBR products I used were his 3 motor mounts, which definitely fixed the sloppy 2nd to 3rd shift and overall made shifting in all gears feel better and gave me the hunger for looking to make it even better.
