The new and improved Cobb Adjustable shift plate allows users to adjust between 3 positions (20%, 30%, and 40%) of throw reduction. This shortens shifts and aids in obtaining the perfect shift feel. This updated design also installs a great deal easier than the original.

How factory should have felt.
Install is incredibly simple. Made even easier when replacing the Intake and deleting the sound symposer. I set mine to 30% reduction and still have factory bushings. Shifts are solid and have a very nice tactile feeling going into gear. My only gripe and it's nothing against cobb was adjusting the neutral was a bit harrowing as mine didn't want to snap in and out of the lock cleanly. Overall I'd recommend this to every ST/RS out there as a must do mod.
