Downpipe
Very easy install high quality downpipe works with external gates set up on the hot side of the turbo I had no issues with the nuts on the bottom I simply used a wrench from the bottom side allowed me to easily tighten them down.

Solid Build Quality, Great Performance, Those Pesky Bottom Nuts
Like the reviews before me, this is an outstanding addition to my '12 Mazdaspeed3, and like the other reviews, getting the bottom nuts on the studs is quite a pain. If I could give it a 4.5-out-of-5 I would, but that's really the only thing keeping this part from 5-out-of-5 perfection. I bought this as an alternative to another downpipe that I was having a fitment issue with. However, I can say that thanks to that fitment issue I can now install a downpipe on MS3 blindfolded. ;P The downpipe install on the second gen MS3 is a PitA, but that's not to fault the Ultimate Racing downpipe. The fitment is fantastic and the whole thing paired with the UR testpipe and CBE sounds amazingly good - it's the exact exhaust note I was looking for! And after an e-Tune I could definitely feel some solid power gains. I gotta' think that my neighbors must hate me for cold starts in the morning and night...hell, probably anytime of day. >:3 Here's a video I took several months after install: https://youtu.be/CQqBoEdSvFo Oh and EdgeAutosport CS...always top notch! it is a very nice part..comes with hardware for racepipe and a special nut for the top middle flange stud..only thing that needs noted is the bottom left nut needs to be started first...the stud is very close to the downpipe if the stud is longer than oem it won't work..

bang for buck
This was the last piece I installed to be "fully bolted". With my proper e tune, this piece was def worth the money. Bottom bolt is a pain to get to, other than that was a breeze, just take your time. Im running the catless dp, test pipe, with stock exhaust and other than the performance im happy with exhaust note as well.

A Must Have!!!!
I recently ordered the UR 3" DP V2 and the UR Test Pipe, and UR CBE. And must I say WOW!!! Very nice gains from this. I first installed DP with stock exhaust to see if power gains would be noticeable, and boy was it. I was so excited I had to get the rest of the UR exhaust on. I was pleased with the build quality of this product. UR does a great job making the exhaust note just right. And the gentleman by the name of JP who I talked with, provided some outstanding customer service. Keep it up bud.
