The kit includes almost everything needed (other than the recommended Turbo XS intake) to bolt it on and go.
An intake like the TurboXS WS08-CAI is required to install the WS08-FMIC on either an STi or a WRX. STi owners will also need to purchase the a blow off valve adapter kit (WS08-FMIC-BPV) to install the factory bypass valve.
