Fuel Pump Compatibility

This Radium Engineering fuel pump hanger kit supports configurations with 1, 2, or 3 aftermarket fuel pumps. Included components allow for flexible pump installation. Compatible pump models include:

• Walbro F90000267, F90000274, F90000285

OEM Component Integration

The kit is designed to reuse critical OEM components including:

• Fuel level sensor
• Vent port
• ORVR emission port

Fuel Line Connections

Fuel system ports on the top plate include:

• 10AN ORB (7/8"-14) female outlet tapped for fuel pump discharge, with included low profile 8AN male fitting
• 6AN ORB (9/16"-18) female return inlet tapped for fuel return, with included 6AN male adapter

All fittings are designed for low clearance integration with aftermarket fuel lines (not included).

Alternate Market Compatibility

For non-North American vehicles lacking vent or ORVR ports, the following are required for sealing:

• 10AN ORB plug – sold separately
• 6AN ORB plug– sold separately

Fuel Collection and Supply

The fuel collector system ensures pump inlet access to fuel at all times. It receives fuel from three sources:

• 1-piece anodized aluminum collector box designed to retain fuel near pump inlets
• Three 1-way fill valves at base (355 LPH each) allow fuel ingress without egress
• Constant replenishment from pressure regulator return flow

Electrical System Design

The kit features robust electrical hardware:

• Stainless steel studs engineered for high current load
• Anti-rotation design ensures connector stability
• Hermetically sealed terminals resist fuel exposure
• Non-conductive anodized aluminum acorn nuts prevent accidental shorts
• ETFE-insulated wiring provides chemical resistance

• Single pump setups may reuse OEM wiring
• Upgrading OEM wiring is recommended for optimal pump performance
