If you're looking to get the most out of your GM LNF-equipped vehicle such as the Pontiac Solstice GXP, Saturn Sky Red Line, Chevrolet HHR SS or Chevrolet Cobalt SS without having to significantly change your car's stock turbo system, the Precision LNF factory turbo upgrade is the high performance upgrade for you! The LNF in the Cobalt SS, HHR SS, Saturn Sky Redline, and Solstice GXP is an extremely capable engine from the factory. The the capability of the OEM Direct injection system, you are a bolt on turbo upgrade away from some tire shredding power.
PTE's Factory Turbocharger High Performance Upgrade for LNF-equipped vehicles features the following:
• Exclusive CEA® (Competition Engineered Aerodynamics) 2618-forged aluminum compressor wheel
• Higher efficiency and faster transient response for maximum power and performance
• All new bearings and seals (if necessary)
• "Clean up" of the overall unit
• Works best with a ECM retune – provides approximately 15% more overall power
Working in conjunction with the recalibrated ECM, the addition of 3" high flow catalytic converter, downpipe and exhaust system, front mount intercooler, new intercooler pipes and intake, PTE's factory turbo upgrade has been known to produce as much as 100 horsepower over stock on 2.0L LNF engines! One of PTE's WD's project Solstice GXP Coupe, equipped with the Precision factory turbo high performance upgrade, made 332whp and 372ft-lbs of torque on a Mustang dynamometer.
