Manley H-Beam rods are an economical approach to building. If you're not shooting for 500, 600, 700 horsepower or more, the H-Beam is a great choice. They are able to withstand a lot of torque and are much stronger than the factory rods in an affordable forged rod package for your Subaru WRX, STI, or any EJ series powerplant. They use high quality 4340 alloy forged steel and are weight matched to within +/- 1.5 grams. Standard rod bolts are ARP 2000.
