The JBR Transmission Mount is a vertically oriented motor mount . An almost identical mount has been in production and in use on the MAZDASPEED 3 platform for over 4 years and has become the worlds most popular since it's release. This, combined with a proven design and thorough testing, the JBR Transmission Mount Mount can and will handle all the abuse you plan to throw at it. From street to strip it's the only most versatile transmission mount for the Focus ST.
We've also replaced the weak cast aluminum transmission perch with .250" plate and a 2.00" solid steel perch. The business end of the mount is constructed of .188" steel, CNC bent plate.
If that's not enough, our Custom, Proven Polyurethane Bushings are available in your choice of 70, 80, and 88 durometers allowing you to choose the amount of stiffness you want to run without sacrificing comfort. No other manufacturer offers this many durometers to choose from!

Buy this.
I had the original ST mounts on my car and was miserable. I had the upgraded mounts from Ford installed and was slightly less miserable. Then I got a two piece rear mount from cp-e. I was happy but I still got wheel hop. I bought this and the 80 durometer passenger side mount and have been pleased beyond words since then. The vibrations after install are very noticeable and I could see how that would turn some people away from them but it is well worth it in the end. The vibrations have gone down significantly after less than 400 km. The shifts are smoother, the car is more solid and it pulls and hooks harder than ever before. Add to this the always impeccable customer service from Edge and you're going to have a good time.
