We’ve replaced the weak cast aluminum factory support which has been prone to cracking with a steel support.

Very Well Constructed
Construction is solid and very well built. The engine does not move with spirited driving. I recommend this mount for any kind of autocross, track days, or dyno runs. However, if you plan on daily driving with this mount, plan on having added NVH, especially with a balance shaft delete. The vibrations do begin to go away after about 500-600 miles as the mount breaks in, but be prepared for your car to be very "angry" until then.

So Far So Good
Impressed, Surprised, Enjoying it. So after I added my CP-E Wishbone Rear engine mount, I ended up cracking the OEM passenger side one. Ordered up this one, installation was really easy, first differences I noticed, engine sits nicely and stiff compared To OEM. You can really feel the engine in your pedals, went from a luxury sedan to a race car feel! Only maybe downside if you can't learn to love it, is you can hear the engine alot more in the cab. I run a straight pipe exhaust so maybe that's why, But you can hear the chain going (no I don't have slack) and just everything kicking alive in the 2.3l Personally I love it and advise this to anyone who wants to drive their Speed6 hard.

100x better than the POS OEM mount
The JBR mount does exactly what it's supposed to do. Keeps the engine from moving much better than the POS OEM hydraulic mount, especially when that mount has popped. There is some added cabin resonance and minimal vibrations, but expect both with decrease as the mount breaks in. The worst part is probably all of the valve train/timing chain noise that this mount transfers. It makes a high pitch whining/ringing noise, which seems to be normal for this mount and will also probably decrease with time.
