Upgrading the intake system on the turbo Subaru WRX STI is an important step in making a healthy level of power. The turbo comes alive and is audible from inside the car when you get on throttle and the turbo starts to spool. The piping finish on this setup is polished and features a dry air filter for ease of cleaning and can be reused once clean. Relieving restriction through a higher flowing filter and piping system allows the turbo to be more efficient and flow more air, making more power. A heat shield is also included to block radiant heat from the engine bay from entering the filter area as much.
