The 10th Gen Civic Type R features an electronically adjusted suspension. However, when changing out your suspension to an aftermarket unit, you will not be able to retain that system. If not plugged in, you will get an error light in your dash that won't go away. The HKS error canceler fixes this and allows you to bypass the electronics of the suspension so that you can run an aftermarket suspension with peace of mind. The harness and device is plug and play and very easy to install.
