HKS V-Belts are made of EPDM rubber for better durability in more extreme environments including hot and cold ambient temperatures and in wet or high precipitation environments. The fiber reinforcement built into the belt also makes it stronger and can handle more abuse over time. Belt squeal will not be as apparent or happen as easily with HKS's EPDM belt either. This is a great replacement belt for your 10th Gen Civic 1.5T or can be a great upgrade, even when replacing a newer belt in good condition. This belt replaces the factory serpentine belt which powers the alternator, air conditioning, and water pump.
