If you are setting up your Civic Type R to have a full "turboback" exhaust system with full 3" piping, you'll need to replace your midpipe on the standard Greddy Supreme SP and SP HG system with this midpipe. This does not have a taper to mate with the factory overpipe/front pipe like the standard Greddy exhausts do. This will mate with the Greddy front pipe, as well as most other full 3" front pipes with factory style flanges.
