The Ford OEM Stage 2 Engine Build Kit takes the Stage 1 kit and adds an oil pump, a water pump, and a thermostat housing. All parts remain brand new, Ford OEM genuine parts. The Ford OEM Engine Build Kits are our own preconfigured engine build kits that come with several important components you'll need for any 2.0 Ford EcoBoost engine rebuild. These are the parts that we recommend for every single engine being rebuilt, at the very minimum, with the addition of the 3 parts mentioned above. If you're building an engine with stronger pistons, rods, bearings, etc, you'll still need to replace all the major gaskets, bolts, washers, etc when assembling your engine.
