These are not a low dust pad and if your desire is for a low dust premium street use pad, you should consider EBC Redstuff.
When considering full race use, Yellowstuff has been a strong favourite, having been used for two years in the Swedish Camaro Cup and at numerous other race events where a stock caliper system is fitted. It is also the choice of 90% of the Mazda MX5 Miata competitors in the UK race series and has an unblemished record as rotor friendly track pad for vehicles up to 2000 lbs weight or 200 BHP.In the USA the SCCA and NASA drivershave been testing Yellowstuff with feedback and good reports POURING in from a 543 test driver major market proving event with these groups. Read that figure again 543 test drivers. There is no guesswork here.
EBC Yellowstuff pads are used on the UK Silverstone Race Track Drivers experience cars because of their high performance and longevity. Yellowstuff also claimed a win in the Targa rally and for two years running in the Brazil Mitsubishi off Road Team Desert Challenge.
Because of its huge heat range , the applications where EBC Yellowstuff will deliver benefits range from fastest street use on higher horsepower sedans to Trackday and Race use on most street based cars and even as a brake upgrade on Trucks and SUV. Fantastic all around pads
Pads are pretty much quiet all the time, fantastic stopping, handled a night of brake boosting and hard braking without any issues at all. Be ready for break dust all over your wheels, but for the quality and performance it is definitely worth it!

Recommend
Second set I've ran, definitely recommend for the occasional street fun. I haven't tracked them yet but they seem to have really good stopping power for my style driving. Originally got these to get rid of the squeal coming from the brakes. Never had a squeal from these throughout the life of the first pair.

Better than expected
It took me a few months to decide on these pads but I am glad I did. For normal driving they feel about the same as my stock pads and don't really make any more noise than the stock pads. They have a good feel in the peddle and will bite much harder than the stock pads with less effort. I did take a 20 mile back road that I like to drive and had no fade at all (it is winter and cold now). All in all they are just what I wanted.

Potent, nearly quiet, consistent stopping power
I replaced my factory pads and rotors (used Centric High Carbon Cryogenic rotors)...haven't even quite finished burnishing pads/rotors and stopping power is excellent. The pads only rarely squeal - so quiet enough for street and consistent power enough for great control during autox/solo events!

Great all around pad
For a more racing oriented pad, these are great on the street. I have run stock, Hawk HPS, and Hawk HP+, and the EBC yellows by far have the best cold bite. Once they are warmed up, they're pretty much amazing. They do dust a bit (near stock level, maybe a bit more), but they're one heck of a good brake pad. It took almost 1,000 miles for them to fully bed in evenly across the rotor surface, but they're great right out of the box. No autocrosses on them yet, but I'm looking forward to using these pads out there.
