Fixed the shifting issues I had
After moving to a big turbo the shifter cables were a bit bent because the GTX wastegate was in the way. Because of that during hard cornering I had problems shifting into 2nd, this is now completely gone with the Cobb shifter weight which also improved the overall shifting feel and accuracy.

Solved crunchy shifter issues with this.
Had been having issues with a crunchy feeling when shifting with the stock weight on the car, took it off didn't fix a single thing until I got the Cobb weight. Now shifting feels a lot more smooth & precise.

Not flashy but good
The Cobb shifter weight lets you feel the shift more. The bulky stock weight really has a different feel to it. This makes if feel less like a touring car and more sporty.

Just OK
I really wasn't sure what to expect with this product. The manufacturing is fine, installation was easy, but it really doesn't do any more that the factory weight. It is smaller in size but I don't fell any improvement in shifting.
