The Cobb Ford Fiesta ST Rear Motor Mount is the best way to minimize engine movement, improve traction, and reduce wheel hop without major impact to NVH. Excellent product but do not expect zero vibration
As with any motor mount that you stiffen up, some of the vibration goes into the cabin. The only time it is really noticeable is when the A/C is on. Other than that it really helps with the engine rotating with hard launches and shifts. The price is worth it since you will most likely replace this mount many times over the life of the vehicle if you are using OEM parts.
