The BNR S1 is by far the best stock replacement turbo out on the market! The power gains will be very noticeable after 5800 RPM where the factory K04 falls out of efficiency. The S1 will pull all the way to redline and with supporting modifications freeing up intake and exhaust system restrictions, there is 350 WHP potential with the S1!

BNRS1 turbo
Great turbo, has a little better top end than K04 also kicks in a little later than K04. It works great with no tune, causes no damage to the car. I drove for several months without any specific tune for the turbo. But I'd recommend tunning for better results and car longevity.

BNR S1 turbo kit
Great fitment, spool a lot quicker than stock, felt more power even without tune, can't wait to get it tuned! Only complain is the studs it came with is a M10x1.5 which stock is M10x1.25, and I have to find new exhaust nuts for it(didn't come with it), but overall great affordable upgrade!
