The AEM cold air intake system for the Subaru WRX 2015+ features gunmetal gray piping and is mandrel bent for ultra smooth airflow and efficiency. The heat shield helps keep the radiant heat away from the intake system so that the coolest air possible is drawn in. An extension for the factory MAF sensor is required and included in the kit for a smooth installation. The turbo location on the WRX FA20DIT is very unique and cause the intake filter to be shown prominently in the passenger side of the engine bay. The filter media is oil free, washable, and reusable for the easiest maintenance possible from an intake system.
