Mazda OEM Crankshaft Friction Washers are genuine Mazda OEM parts. These are for the MZR DISI found in the Mazdaspeed 3, Mazdaspeed 6, and CX-7. The Mazda OEM Crankshaft Friction Washers need to be replaced any time you have to remove the crank pulley bolt from your motor. In most cases, this involves changing out the VVT actuator (check out our MZR VVT Replacement Kit), or rebuilding the engine (check out our Motor Build Kit).
