We've gone a step further and replaced the weak cast aluminum factory support which has been prone to cracking with a support constructed out of 3/16" steel and powder coated.
The actual mount itself is constructed of 1/4" steel and TIG welded then powder coated.

Awesome!
Install was not bad at all. Had to have an extra person align the 3 bolts to the holes. The difference with the passenger mount and transmission mount is night and day. I have all 3 mounts and the car feels natural. More traction is put down to the ground. JBR definately has great quality products and thanks to edge for the excellent customer service.

Well worth it
I had the original ST mounts on my car and was miserable. I had the upgraded mounts from Ford installed and was slightly less miserable. Then I got a two piece rear mount from cp-e. I was happy but I still got wheel hop. I bought this and the 88 durometer transmission mount and have been pleased beyond words since then. The vibrations after install are very noticeable and I could see how that would turn some people away from them but it is well worth it in the end. The vibrations have gone down significantly after less than 400 km. The shifts are smoother, the car is more solid and it pulls and hooks harder than ever before. Add to this the always impeccable customer service from Edge and you're going to have a good time.
